Etty Yaniv works on her art, art writing, and curatorial projects in Brooklyn.

She was awarded the Two Trees studio program since 2018.

Venezuela-born American artist Babs Reingold creates sculptures, drawings, and installations focusing on the environment and poverty.

Awards include: a Florida state fellowship, two grants from Pinellas County, Guest Editor for issue of arts journal New Observations, Atlantic Center for the Arts residency and a nominee for the Joan Mitchell Fellowship.

Reingold has an MFA from SUNY-Buffalo and BFA from Cleveland Institute of Art. She lives and works in St Petersburg FL with viewing space in New York City.

In her conversation with artist Babs Reingold, artist Etty Yaniv will share the idea, context, and process behind her large-scale site-specific installations, her series of small paintings, and the relationship between her different bodies of work.

She will also give us a glimpse into her online art publication, Art Spiel, as well as insight into her NYC-area-based curatorial projects, and how they all tie together.
